London: the modern and technological location of the Italian brand United Colors of Benetton meets the refined and made in Italy style of the marble and concrete agglomeration of Agglotech. Involved directly by the final client, the Veronese company put its signature on the floors and the imposing helical staircase.

From the initial mockup, Agglotech shared contents and design and development phases with the customer and the architecture studio, respecting the customer’s needs and combining them according to the enormous potential of his terrace; such as polishing the terrace directly on site after installation to hide the joints between the tiles. Among the customer’s requests was the need for the escape routes between the terrazzo tiles to be as unobtrusive as possible: to overcome this, the Agglotech technicians planned to polish the terrazzo directly on site after installation. The particular helical staircase of the shop, created and assembled in the Agglotech production plant, is composed of a metal skeleton completely covered with Venetian terrazzo. Its central position inside the store allows visitors to admire the Agglotech terrace in the round; in fact, the steps were also covered in the rear part through a particular Fisher FZP fixing system.
