Two very elegant custom made colors with a strong personality for this government building in the Swedish capital of Stockholm. For the Government Office kv Björnen office project, Agglotech and its Swedish partner Svensk Terrazzo-Teknik supplied Venetian terrazzo for various applications: floors, part of the internal coverings and stairs.

the project
The terrace used was developed in two custom made colours, therefore created specifically by Agglotech for this project. In fact, Agglotech, by independently producing the marble-cement terrazzo in a natural way and without the addition of resins, can create customized colors according to the needs of architects and designers.
The two custom made colors were used in different applications : the lighter terrazzo for the floors, while the darker for the covering of the stairs and walls. Both colors give a beautiful dynamism and shine to the environment. The lighter one, used for Venetian floors, is characterized by white and gray marble flakes of medium and large dimensions, while the darker one, used for stairs and coverings, sees the use of smaller grits of various colors on a dark gray concrete background. In both cases the result is a very elegant effect typical of terrazzo: a material that combines practicality of application, ease of cleaning with a truly unique personalized chromatic style.
