A very particular project for the Hotel Passo Sella in which Agglotech supplied its Venetian terrace for the entire external flooring and for some staircases. The terrace was created in a completely customized version: in addition to the color created specifically for this project, the peculiarity was in the use of Dolomia Stone instead of the classic marble chips.
A particular color with light gray tones that of the terrace which, based on the sun’s illumination, is able to change its shade towards a more pink colour. This phenomenon is made possible thanks to the presence of flakes of Pietra Dolomia, stone obtained from the rocks of the Dolomites.
Furthermore, the terrace was worked with a “hammered” finish: the scratching of the surface allows the slipperiness of the floors making this material particularly suitable for external flooring. Approved according to the R13 scale of anti-slip regulations, it is classified as an excellent material for outdoor flooring, especially in the mountains. In fact, in addition to guaranteeing high resistance to more frequent trampling, the Venetian floor has proven to be a useful material for withstanding the harsh winter climate, without suffering possible deterioration caused by the salt used against the formation of ice.
