Centro direzionale Kärcher – Winnenden
Winnenden, Germany
The expansion of the Kärcher company headquarters in Winnenden, near the German city of Stuttgart, saw the creation of new office areas, a conference room, some meeting rooms and a cafeteria. For this project, the Agglotech terrace was laid on the internal flooring and on the stairs, in the SB113 color.

the project
The Kärcher company, present on an international scale and known in the professional cleaning market, commissioned the architecture firm Reichel Schlaier Architekten to design the project for the expansion of its headquarters, in which the Agglotech marble and concrete agglomerate is was identified for the covering of the stairs and the flooring in the central hall and in some rooms. For the project, the Venetian terrace was identified in the SB113 Multicolor Black colour, from the “Classico” line, which stands out for the play of color given by the exposed marble chips of different sizes and colours. This material, which faithfully interprets the aesthetic qualities of the natural material, plays a fundamental role in this intervention, giving dynamism and chromatic homogeneity to the entire structure. The combination of the black marble-cement material with the yellow chromatic elements that reflect the company color gives the environment a feeling of hospitality, mitigating the austerity of the management headquarters.
