Luxury apartment – Nangang Taipei

Interpreted as a creative, versatile and eco-friendly material, Agglotech’s marble and concrete agglomerate was chosen for numerous applications in a luxury apartment in Nangang Taipei. The protagonist of this project is the Agglotech terrace in the special colors with flakes of white Carrara marble, perfect for the minimal and modern environment of the apartment.

the project
Universally known as one of the most valuable marbles, the marble obtained directly from the white quarries of Carrara has been blended into two cementitious bases with contrasting colours: SB143 Bianco Carrara and SB160 Grigio Carrara. The terrazzo in the SB143 color, characterized by a bright white, was used to cover the floors and internal walls of one of the two bathrooms. The material was also worked in two different finishes: for the flooring of the open space in the living area the terrace was laid with the “glossy” finish, while for the floors and internal coverings of the bathrooms a “polished” finish was chosen ”. The Venetian terrazzo in the SB160 color, characterized by flakes of white marble distributed in a gray cement base, was instead used to cover the tops of the sinks and the bathtub, creating a delicate chromatic contrast capable of giving modernity and dynamism to the environment.
