An elegant combination of wood, steel and marble defines the large main halls of the New Bund Center in Shanghai, an imposing building built to host thousands of professionals and hundreds of companies, enhancing their work experience. In order to guarantee elegance and modernity to the structure, with high quality standards, the designers chose Agglotech’s marble and cement agglomerate to cover part of the flooring.

The remarkable versatility of Agglotech’s Venetian terrazzo offers designers the opportunity to unleash their creativity with numerous highly customisable colour palettes, thus creating original projects with a high aesthetic appeal. A good example of this is the flooring of the New Bund Center in Shanghai, where the cement marble material was supplied by the Verona-based company in the SB100 White colour, enriched however with elegant black geometries. Declined with a “glossy” finish, the Venetian-style floor gives brilliance and luminosity to the environment, emphasising the colours and artistic richness of the small marble chips distributed in a white cement base. The products offered by Agglotech also find a place in corporate headquarters and offices, combining excellent results in terms of aesthetics and high technical performance in a single solution, guaranteeing considerable long-term resistance.
