For the construction of a refined villa in the city of Miami, Agglotech was directly contacted by the owner for the supply of his Venetian terrace. The terrazzo stairs, the shower area floor and part of some internal coverings were created with the cement-marble material.

The choice of the terrace proved to be suitable for enhancing the internal environment of the home with elegant rigor, creating a harmonious combination between the lines of the Venetian floor and the minimal and modern style of the interiors. Specifically, the Venetian terrace, in the SB100 colour, was used for the entire flooring, for the external coverings and for the stairs, expertly managing to combine design and functionality. The cement marble material, characterized by a matt polish, is a very light white and with a brightness tending towards cold.
The customer also opted for the terrace also for the external area of the patio and swimming pool. Upon Agglotech’s recommendation, the terrace was always supplied in the SB100 colour, but in the bushhammered finish, in order to guarantee greater anti-slip performance.
The terrace proved to be an optimal solution for the style of the entire building. A single white color which, depending on needs, has found application in multiple solutions: from internal stairs, to the external patio, up to the coverings. Testimony to the ductility and ease of application of Venetian terrazzo.
