Schiphol Airport

In collaboration with the Dutch designers of the ISOSS studio, Agglotech supplied its Venetian terrace within the renovation project of the main airport in the Netherlands, Schiphol airport. Produced and worked entirely to measure, the Agglotech terrace was used for the creation of many special elements such as a particular table in the reception area and all the waiting and refreshment stations: seats, tables and benches located in various areas of the airport.

the project
The terrace was supplied in custom made colours, designed and created by Agglotech so that they were in line with the open space concept of the structure, following the client’s instructions and in total agreement with the architecture studio.
For seats, benches and tables in several areas of the airport were chosen to be very light in color with dark marble flakes spaced far apart. A very elegant color that went well with the various spaces in which it was inserted: from the dark floor of the refreshment area to the completely white floor of the waiting rooms and corridors.
For the other custom made color they are Two large dark green tables with special white finishes on the top were created. A completely artisanal product characterized by curved geometries that only Agglotech and its local partners in Italy were able to create.
The terrace proved to be the ideal product for the requested creations: a resistant and easy-to-clean material, as well as highly customizable in colors and geometries.
