The architect David Chipperfield chose Agglotech terrazzo for the creation of the internal Venetian cladding of the apartments. The building is the first residential structure built on Bryant Park, a large green space among the most famous and well-kept in New York City.

The well-known architecture studio involved Agglotech in the design of this building characterized by classical elegance in terms of order and symmetries, so that it could create an internal cladding whose color was in perfect chromatic scale with the exterior:
SB230 Pellestrina the solution created ad hoc by our technical team to satisfy the main need of architects.
The Pellestrina, belonging to the “Seminato Veneziano” is composed of large white marble flakes on a light yellow cement base. A Venetian plantation with a strong character that takes full advantage of the brightness of the surrounding context, creating plays of light of rare beauty.
The profound knowledge of the material and its application techniques have decreed Agglotech and its vast range of over 3000 colours, a winning choice for the realization of this project.
