Valentino Store in Florence
Florence, Italy
The Maison Valentino boutique in one of Italy’s iconic fashion cities, Florence, could hardly be missing. The elegance and refinement of the Valentino style are undoubtedly enhanced by the harmony of colours and shapes of the Agglotech Terrazzo, the absolute protagonist of the interior of this project.

the project
The new Valentino shop in Florence is spread over two floors in a historic 18th century building adjacent to the church of Santa Trinità and, like the other Valentino stores in the world, bears the signature of the internationally renowned architecture studio David Chipperfield.
The stylistic concept, common to all Valentino shops, finds in the Terrazzo the central element of the store from the walls, to the stairs and the interior panelling. Agglotech is proud to be an official partner of the maison, for which it has designed and created an exclusive colour scheme that is now connotative of the brand: velvet grey with flakes of white marble grit.
Thanks to the advanced technology of producing the material in blocks and then cutting it into slabs, Agglotech has developed some unique and unrepeatable terrazzo furnishing elements for this shop, while maintaining the stylistic concept underlying all the stores of the maison.
