Valentino – Taipei
Taipei, Taiwan
In Taipei Downtown, the Valentino boutique continues the tradition of the innovative store developed by creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli in collaboration with the famous architect David Chipperfield. The marble and cement grit material supplied by Agglotech plays a fundamental role in the architecture of this project, in line with the design of all the new flagship stores of the prestigious maison.

the project
The atmosphere of each Valentino store is distinct and created by customized color palettes, textures, surfaces and specific lighting. Precisely to make its design unique, Agglotech has designed and created, in collaboration with Pierpaolo Piccioli and David Chipperfield, a completely custom made Venetian terrace for each new store of the historic maison. The white marble flakes in a gray concrete enhance and highlight the prestigious Valentino collections, accessories, eyewear lines and fragrances. The marble-cement material, also in this project, was laid to cover the floors, the internal coverings of the walls and columns and for the creation of some special elements. Agglotech, in fact, attentive to tradition and the context in which it operates, reveals in each project a wise use of materials which here too take on a decorative function.
