What we do
Our agglomeration
In our Grezzana plant we only produce natural agglomerates using very high performance 52.5 R white Portland cement and marble chips prepared by our local suppliers according to CE regulations.
Active collaborations with leading architectural firms testify to our expertise in the production of agglomerated terrazzo. With more than 4,000 blocks in stock (approx. 9,000 m3), our stock guarantees speed and flexibility in project delivery.
Production
The control of the production plant is fully automatic and the ‘recipes’ for each type of agglomerate, including customised ones, are transmitted digitally, without direct manual intervention.
Using blocks and slabs of agglomerated marble and cement, we follow several steps in the realisation of a project: from terrazzo floors, even large ones, to terrazzo stairs, from interior or exterior cladding to special pieces and furnishing elements obtained by working directly on the block, thanks to the solid processing technique.

Quality Controls
The entire production process and finished checked controlled and certified with regular laboratory in Nuremberg, according to EN 13748.
LGA verifies compliance with quality control procedures. From each block production we take samples on which we test, in our in-house laboratory, flexural strength, abrasion resistance, water absorption and frost resistance. Checks also continue on the finished products, taking random measurements to verify the precision tolerance of the cuts.
Finally, quality control provides for full traceability productions by means of a slab marking system that makes it possible to trace the batch of blocks for each order processed.
