PROJECT TITLE: AGGLOTECH EXPORT 2020/2021

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Thanks to the regional contribution, it has been possible to lay the foundations for a medium-term strategic project that will allow us to consolidate our position in foreign markets that are only marginally served, but above all, it will also allow us to attack new markets at an international level with an appropriate strategy. In fact, the International Business Development project represents a real strategic boost for the company as it contributes to the start of a new evolutionary phase for the company. The achievement of the objectives allowed us to define an appropriate internationalisation strategy to be implemented in the identified target markets Russia, Northern Europe and North America. In addition, the objective of consolidating and penetrating new international markets has passed through the development of a dedicated plan to redefine promotional and communication actions totally dedicated to the new targets.

The public contribution received, equal to €15,824.00, allowed us to achieve the first results useful for increasing business competitiveness.
