Flagship store Images d’Orient di Beirut

The charm of geometries and the liveliness of colors in the heart of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, famous for its vitality and its contradictions. The Rabih Geha architecture studio, which designed the interiors, chose Agglotech terrazzo for the most exclusive floors and furnishings of the new Images d’Orient flagship store.

the project
For the Images d’Orient flagship store in Beirut, Rabih Geha Architects in collaboration with our distributor Gaf & Co chose Agglotech made in Italy Terrazzo for all the floors and some furnishing elements. The color selected is Sb130 Aggloceppo: an intense gray cement marble, with marble chips of various sizes and colours, a perfect combination for the context. The choice of modern Venetian terrazzo floors in strong contrast with the intense red ceiling combines technique and aesthetics, giving life to a one-of-a-kind setting, so much so that it was nominated at the 2020 Frame Awards in the “Best use of color” category.
Once again the Agglotech mission elects the Terrazzo as the most current and appropriate reality for advanced design and architecture projects.
