Searching for an extremely resistant material for the cladding of the internal stairs and part of the flooring of a residential complex in Germany, the designers chose the terrazzo in Venetian grit and cement by Agglotech in the SB175 color.

Particularly suitable for surfaces subject to more frequent foot traffic, the Venetian terrace guarantees robustness and easy maintenance without sacrificing the elegance given by the marble flakes.
For the common interiors of this condominium, in the city of Essen, it is the marble-cement material in the SB175 Nero Perla color was installed. The slabs, obtained from the union of small marble chips of different shades with black cement, have given a clear and decisive character to the environment with the various shades that stand out against the uniformity of the surrounding surfaces.
The recomposed stone, obtained by mixing only elements of natural origin, has been tailor-made to best adapt to the different applications: from the floors to the entrance, from the landings to the covering of the steps. Furthermore, an anti-slip area has been created on them with a particular bush-hammered smoothing.
