Valentino – Hong kong
Hong kong
In 2017, the fashion house Valentino celebrated the opening of a new flagship store in Lee Gardens, Hong Kong. The creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli and the well-known British architect David Chipperfield, have chosen, for their innovative concept, the Agglotech marble and concrete agglomerate not only for the internal flooring and coverings, but also for the external facade of the structure.

the project
The Lee Gardens area is the premium destination of Causeway Bay, home to the most prestigious clothing stores, lifestyle products, first-class restaurants and bars.
With a surface area of 382 square meters spread over two floors, the new boutique marks a significant step in the expansion of Valentino’s global network. Also for this project, the terrace with white marble chips distributed on a gray base is the characterizing element of the architectural design, specifically designed for all the new stores of the maison.
A particular project created in Hong Kong, in which the Venetian terrace supplied in the custom made color and made to measure for Valentino was also applied to the external façade of the structure. Without sacrificing elegance, the material supplied by Agglotech guarantees strong resistance to temperature changes, while at the same time facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
